They have a hard time making low carb here. I ordered a sandwich with no bread and it came without sauce. When I complained the manager explained to me that without the bun it is impossible for them to put on sauce!

Food took a while to wait and they left out my mozzarella sticks that i ordered and payed full price for, although the building is nice but the burger was cold and I didn’t enjoy it, very displeased experience.

TL;DR: Do not drive-thru at this particular store at dinner-time, unless you enjoy receiving incorrectly modified orders or missing items. The food itself, as far as fast food goes, is decent. That is, when they actually get it right. Every time me or my family buy from here, SOMETHING is wrong. Any modification to any one sandwich is a 50/50 coin flip as to whether they follow instructions. And that's even if they actually remember to include the items you ordered, which has happened on three separate occasions! Granted, this is mostly around dinnertime and via the drive-thru, but I don't believe that should be an excuse. Almost every fast food chain in the area seems to manage rush out completely fine. If the food was bad, that's one thing, but not knowing how to standardize a workflow is a much, much worse problem in my eyes.

Order # 971 on September 21st at 12:45 pm I requested a Whopper with cheese and no onions with extra pickles and chicken fries with ranch dipping sauce. I received a Whopper with onions and 1 pickle, chicken fries with no ranch dipping sauce. Already at work, can't go back. Thanks for nothing, Burger Mistakes.
