I don't think so

Can I drive my vehicle through even though I don't have a sticker? I'm dropping off for my father who has his sticker, but the vehicles inspection ran out and also needs brakes.

When I bought my sticker, I was told that the vehicle with the sticker was the only vehicle that could be used. I believe you can purchase a second sticker for another vehicle at a discount if it's going to be a regular occurrence. The guys up there are really nice, they may overlook the lack of a sticker.
