Extremely rude clerk hung up on me without answering my questions, re. at-home covid testing. I understand that it can be annoying to answer the same questions all day but that is literally her job, that she is being paid to do. Everyone pushes for you to just go online but I did so and it contains no information about in-store availability. Forcing people (particularly who have reason to think they need a test) to travel physically from store-to-store is a great program for spreading covid-19, including to staff. Self-defeating.

Pharmacy phones are turned off despite the pharmacy being open. Tried calling the store and was put on hold for more then 30 minutes before giving up. Hire more people and turn on your phones.
