I went to do my intake appointment and was told someone would call in 2 weeks. It's been a month. Ben, apparently, was having a bad day, I was late to his last appointment, as I was told it was his last appointment by reception but Ben said he was gonna be there for hours... His coat was draped across his desk and his bag was on the couch by the door. Looked like he was either leaving or arriving. He didn't move them when we walked into his office. He was sullen and unwelcoming. If this is the way they are, I don't want an appointment. The receptionist was wonderful and caring and I thought this could be a great place, but I was wrong.
