I’ve been using Pratt for almost 10 years with my weekly trash removal & bi weekly recycling. They are always on time with the trash & recycle pick ups even with the holidays schedule, snow storm/weather disruptions. Prices are reasonable considering the current inflation. I would give them 5 stars but my only complaint is I called one time (not long ago) & this person was not helpful over the phone, she seemed very incompetent. I waited a few weeks later, spoke to a different office representative & she was able to help us. She fixed our auto billing/payment.

Four years ago this was a 1 star review. The company has definitely been through some changes and I am still sub'd out to Pratt for my trash but the service has been great since my last post. Figured I should reflect on the current rather the past.

They almost never on time. Some weeks they forget all together. This week they told us they skipped us because our bin wasn't close enough to the road. That's because 3 weeks ago, it was hit by a car, and knocked over and they wouldn't pick up the trash that was on the ground, despite the bags not being broken open. I don't know what to even say anymore.

Started service in the fall, nothing but problems. They forgot to pick up my recycling 3x and I had to call every time to make sure they would and the the women on the phone was always rude. Gave excuses and then said well you can leave 1 clear bag out for the next time. How can I go bi weekly with 1 bag to use when I recycle everyday. It’s not my fault they don’t have drivers or they forgot. I let it go until they have to back into my driveway and they’ve gone over part of my lawn now 3x. The last straw was they went over my rock garden I have and almost side swiped my tree and my husband said that’s it no more. On the paper you sign it states “not reliable for any damages”. When I spoke to management he was nice and said I should call before about the lawn but I was already put off about the excuses of not picking up my recycling and the attitude from the lady that I said forget it, just cancel my service.
