Crunch South Tampa is a great gym… best in Tampa Bay in my book and one of the best I’ve ever been to. With my business travel and me relocating several times I have worked out in over 100 gyms from local and private to big and nationwide, so I’m pretty well qualified to rate gyms. The Crunch gym on S. Dale Mabry is laid out well, is clean, has all the equipment you need and the staff and overall vibe make it a fun place to work out. Give it a shot… you won’t be disappointed!

This crunch is by far the best gym that I’ve gone to. The staff is super friendly and the location is clean. Greg is an awesome trainer and has really been helping me a lot!

Just moved closer to this location, from the new St Pete facility. I must say, it is shocking this gym is owned by the same company/franchise owner. The amount of down equipment is astounding. How is it possible that less than half of the stairclimber’s are not functional? Staff needs to get up and walk around, not just sit behind the desk!

Blessing is my personal trainer and she’s the best!! She makes you very comfortable while teaching proper form and useful workout plans. She’s great at motivating you while always keeping a positive and friendly attitude. I’d definitely recommend her as a trainer!

Not really, around 11am usually isn't too bad though.
The correct hours are M-F 5a-11p, The google description is incorrect.
Hi Demetrius, if you have a Peak or Peak Results membership then you have multi-club access and are able to attend all Crunch Fitness locations, whatever state you're in! Hope that helps, thank you and have a great day.
Google says Easter may affect these hours (which it did). Their Facebook says 7am-1pm. Generally it's worth the 5 second phone call if you're not sure.
With peak you should be able to go to all locations, but you'll probably have to upgrade to the next level to use tanning and hydromassage. I would just call to make sure though.
