I am giving TARGET one star--I would give zero if the site allowed. I have NEVER experienced such a ridiculous return policy as I have at the Target in Roxborough, PA. I bought a dress in June and paid full price. The dress is one size too small and I took it back this month (within the 90 day return policy), and presented the merchandise, which was fully intact with all tags, etc. I also presented the dress in the new size that I wanted to exchange for the dress that I had purchased. I was told that I could NOT receive a refund to my credit card and I would have to get store credit first, and then I could put that credit toward repurchasing of the new dress, which was now on sale. To my surprise and displeasure, I was also told that I would NOT receive a refund for the full cost that i PAID for the dress, even though I have the original receipt and it is within the Target rules for returns. I would receive a store credit for the sale price and I would have to re-purchase the new size dress at the sale price. The sales woman told me that is the store policy and there is nothing that she can do about it. So, as a customer that Target has vowed to "Expect More. Pay Less." I in turn "Received Less (in customer treatment) and Paid More." For as much money that Target is making--nearly $100 billion total revenue in 2021 (nearly 20% increase over 2020), you would hope that they would have more consideration for their customers.

It is smaller than Monument Road's Target but much lesser crowded. Hence if you are specific to buy the stuff you are looking and want to avoid crowd, please visit.

We haven't used this store because of the label 'Target Express'. But we were in a hurry and in the plaza, so we went in. What a terrific experience! Two employees, Eileen and Sheila, went above and beyond to help us and saved the day. And frankly, I'm not sure why it's an 'Express', but we'll be using this Target a lot more.

This store has great convenience due to location. Small size of store is unique and somewhat of an upside for quick stops and somewhat of a downside for through shops or searching for deals.
