Truck entrance is on Cady hill Blvd. Look for the signs. Both security and warehouse workers were pleasant and professional. Make sure to inspect your trailer and it must be very clean. I was loaded in less than 45mins after checking in.

I got kicked out 3 times: first arriving 2 hour early, second: the disrespectful security lady told me there’s a fire alarm going on “GET OUT FROM THE FACILITY RIGHT NOW” third: she doesn’t want take multiple truck at the same time even though it’s my appointment time, so wasted my entire day and hurting my business. The sleepy head security looks not interested and exhausted about the job

Should be a 0. Can’t come to 30 minutes before appointment or made to leave and come back. No problem checked in 3:30 for 4 pm appointment. Was told not doing appointments today get in line your truck 27. 8 hours in still waiting on a door. Never again.

Loaded in 30 mins but don’t even try to get here earlier than 1 hour before the appointment. We checked in at 10am but the apt was at 1 am next day,told us to come back in 14 hours
