Took a car tire that had a nail in the middle of the tread to be repaired. I said that I wanted the tire fixed and was told it would be a one hour wait. I came back an hour later to get the tire and was told that it had been plugged and that it was going to be $30. When I inquired why the tire was not both patched and plugged which is the industry standard recommended by all tire manufactures I was told that would be an additional $20. I was then met with hostility when asked if only plugging a tire is a correct fix and would the service manager feel comfortable with this fix on his personal car. He refused to answer my question and kept repeating that he would patch it for an additional $20. I took my plugged only tire back and it started leaking again a week later like I figured. Run from this place, horrible customer service and overpriced half-done work.

Brought in the car to do a low profile tire swap. Perilli Pzero tires. Had 235 35 19 in the front Had 305 30 19 in the rear. The tire was damaged. They said their machine would not have done that. I let that go. I was already upset. I said at least fix the rims. Baltazar agreed. I posted on social media because of my concern, everybody said to get the rims fix so I did. Brought in the car again. They saw my social media post. The boss cussed at my social media post. The guy that was going to fix it was nice but.. Too much negativity I rather not let them touch my car and they said to never bring them a car again. Honestly if you fix the rims and tire issue. This would have brought you good reviews for customer service. UPDATE: Flat tire on the highway and there's a leak from the bead on the brand new tires I just put on my brand new wheels.

After getting my winter tires changed, I came out to my car to see tires halfway thrown into a bag in my back seat and leaving huge dirt marks on my interior. After driving off I noticed a shake at higher speeds while driving. I took it to another shop only to find out that they bent one of my wheels, all 4 tires were off balance by 1.75 oz, and one of the tires was installed inside out! I will absolutely not be back here to get a tire change ever again!

Good affordable price for tires and the wait wasn't long. They sure work fast and get me back on the road. Workers were friendly and helpful.
