Would rate lower. The people are nice but it's so unorganized. I had 4 different come and ask to see my paperwork. They moved me to 3 different locations and it took more then 5 hours to get loaded. I think they are understaffed because usually when it's this slow their are people standing around which I didn't see here they all seemed to be moving around.

3 PM. But don't come here. Dock workers are overworked and yell, office does nothing and unloading time is at least 3 hours.
