John the Store Manager was Extremely helpful and happily offered his time. I ordered a new Trex bike, once it was assembled I went back for a road test . The technician made specific adjustments for me . I highly recommend their team!

I took my bike in this afternoon to have a flat fixed. Jordan was very helpful and took his time, unlike the shop that I have used the past several flats. That might explain at least 2 of those flats. Jordan even took my bike out and loaded it for me. I will definitely be using this store from now on.

I read the reviews before going into the store and was hoping to be treated as I read. Unfortunately not the case. I went in there with my old trek to see if it’s was worth repairing. I walk in there’s a man standing at the counter having a conversation with someone there and totally ignored for about 5 minutes. Finally a young kid comes out and I ask him about my bike and what he though about repairing it. He looked at it and started pulling parts which I thought was peculiar. After about 10 minutes he tells me that it’s gonna cost me over $300 to repair. It’s a 20 year old bike so in my opinion not worth it. So I ask about a new one. The kid walks me over to the bikes shows me a couple models. I ask for opinions and thoughts. The only answer I get is take it for a test drive. I explain that I haven’t bought a bike for 20 years and am looking for some input, some direction. Again I’m told I should just take it for a test drive. I was prepared to buy a bike that day but left confused and w/out guidance. I left my old bike there for donation and bought elsewhere. I’m sure there was someone there that could have given me a little time to make a buying decision, but that didn’t happen. I really wanted to buy another trek, but just didn’t have enough guidance to do so. Too bad.

Their selection of bikes of all types are great, their accessories selection is stellar and this is one of my favorite shops in ALL of Florida--which says a lot! I think they do. I know they rent bikes but am not sure about the time periods that you can rent them for.

I have seen them there and there other stores. I would stop in and see what they have in stock and can get.
Giant and Trek are like Honda and Toyota of the bike world. They have very similar bikes. They have the best warranties and are very reliable bikes. Definatly only get a Trek bike from an authorized retailer. I think buying it at the shop is even better than buying it from Trek.com. This store is great because they not only sell trek bikes they have a maintenance shop too. And they have a trade in program.
Sorry, I don't speak spanish. I am sure they have spanish speaking associate's at Dave's.
