The cost for mold inspections start at $189 for a limited inspection and $249 for the whole home inspection.
If we do detect mold the next step would be having us write a protocol on the scope of remediation that needs to occur and having us direct you to a licensed remediation company that can take care of the work.
The average time for us to inspect for mold can be anywhere from 1 to 2 hours, but varies by size of the property being inspected.
Our mold inspections include the use of industry-specific equipment and top of the line labs to evaluate the samples. A complete assessment would include an analysis inside your HVAC system for mold growth, moisture mapping, thermal imaging and an olfactory test.
