Don't come to Osceola County section 8 holders, as a resident in Osceola county fl I can tell you from experience that there is LITERALLY no housing for you here, this county is a dead end if you decide to come here, I am transferring out and going to Tampa as they have more housing choices, you LITERALLY can't find nothing not even a run down apartment for rent, and waitlist are a year plus long and by the time it's your turn for a spot at an apartment, it's too late because you lost your section 8(experience from a friend of mines who also has section 8 in this county, she had 2 younger kids and are currently homeless waiting on the waitlist in Georgia)

You have to send your transfer papers to leisurela ho Orlando when they have them they give you an appointment and then they give you 30 days to look for a house and after you get a house you have to wait 15 days of inspection to be able to move the first day my advice saves two months deposit look for the house first when you have it secure with the deposit you wait for the process but you already have the house having the house the process is much safer
And those are ?? Besides sec 8 they don’t help you own your home
I don't see why not. Wouldn't hurt to try. Document the issues: pictures, videos and such. Look into every avenue including getting out of the agreement (if you signed one). If you didn't sign an agreement just leave.
The Human Services office is in the same place as the Veterans office. They may be able to help.
