Jamal at the Millenia mall store needs to be trained again and be a happier person in order to be more attentive and polite to customers. He made me a nasty face when I asked about a product as he pretended not to understand me. Then gave me wrong size shoes that I was buying for someone else. Good thing I made sure before leaving the store.

So I bought the incorrect sz online and went to the store to change it. They had none in stock and wasn’t sure when the next shipment was coming in. The employee Seth took my number and said as soon as a shipment comes in he’s going to call. Soon as I got home I had a message from Seth saying they had a shipment in the morning, I can pick it up tomorrow just ask for employee Mary and she’ll swap them for you. I get to the store and Mary already knew I was coming and had my correct sz. Wow! Talk about above and beyond! I’ll definitely will be returning to this store, that was excellent customer service.
