Everyone is very polite and my experience was awesome. Will treated us very very nicely and went above and beyond to ensure we got everything we were looking for. Girl with the green hair was also very helpful when looking for a pair of shoes that they did not have on my size.

If you like Vans gear, you'll like the store. My only complaint is there is still so much more online than the store, but the staff was nice so good to have the human touch i suppose.

Misplaced online order to this store. Call cooperate, they told me to call the store to fix the mistake. Someone answered, forgot to put me on hold and they talked badly about me and I heard everything. Manager then answered, said they couldn’t do anything, then hung up. Will never buy from this store. Thanks a lot.
