Bottoms of both my pizza and stromboli was black/burnt! I had their 12 coupons that you cut off of their pizza boxes for a free pizza...the pizza was $14.00 and they rang my coupon up fir $13.00...not free even after I asked to make sure they took off the "free" pizza. And no, I ordered no extra toppings, just a large cheese pie. They need to clean their ovens and do better math!

Worst deep dish (Sicilian) pizza I’ve ever had. Over cooked with very little taste. The Caesar salad might have been the worst as well. Only cheap, dry, Parmesan cheese, the kind in a can and very little of it. The dressing was also cheap and watery not creamy. Everything Way over priced! Workers were also extremely unfriendly. Don’t was your time and money.

i mean if they trust their fellow workers then they should be clean so i guess we should at least have faith in each other more and stuff but i agree. with Mr. Masskil with this so you should at least use proper protection. to keep your self safe and others customers safe and happy
Weeknights can get very busy. The last time I was there at night nearly every parking space was taken by Frankie's customers. (The convenience store was closed.)
