EDIT: I’ve came back to edit my review because the level of customer service and my nails this time around was amazing. I previously wrote a review because I was upset with how my nail fill and design came out but didn’t have to guts to say anything while at the salon. I received a call from the receptionist a few days later with an apology from the owner and that they wanted me to come back in to get them redone, free of charge. Definitely was not expecting that. They got me in a few days later and Ashley did an awesome job on them. She introduced me to colored powder acrylic and Peter did a great job choosing the neutral color. Needless to say, I’m literally in love with my nails and will be going back to Ashley or Peter again. Go to either of them. You won’t be disappointed. I’m grateful that they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my nails. This is how you run a business, guys!

This is the fourth time that I’ve been to this establishment. The first two times I had a nice experience. The first was with a gentleman and the second with, Lisa. Lisa, does a wonderful job with my gel pedicures as well as my dip powder. The second time I went to, Lisa my dip powder cracked a few times on three nails, which was the reason I had to come in today. I went in for my regular dip powder nails and gel pedicure. I was put with whoever was available, since I couldn’t get an appt with, Lisa. My pedi was rushed and so were my nails. I hate the paint job on my toes and not to mention I got a huge chunk of skin pulled off, which caused bleeding. I was flummoxed when I was still charged full price, I could have performed that paint job myself. I am highly upset. I don’t believe that I will be coming back.

Amazing service at the nail salon, Mimi did my manicure and eyebrow waxing, she is the sweetest! I am newer to the area and this will definitely be my new nail salon. The staff is very friendly and treats you like family, everyone made sure I was well taken care of. Very large and clean establishment. 5 stars all around!
