Friends of ours recently purchased a veranda at River Strand and invited us to get out of the snow where we live in Utah and come visit. We enjoyed a lovely brunch at the club house. The buffet was amazing. There was a wide selection of salads, meats, vegetables, pastas, etc. and the presentation of the food, especially at the seafood table, was beautiful. Everything from the eggs Benedict and breakfast sausage to the prime rib and Caesar salad, the food was delicious. The food servers, wait staff and hosts were attentive and friendly. The tables, with the fresh flowers and chocolate eggs, were very festive. We really enjoyed it! Jan Patterson

Fred, It depends on the condo bldg you purchase in. No all condos inc golf. Make sure the one you get inc it. We pay approx $600 per month for ALL amenities in Riverstrand. This inc: HOA, social and golf fees, reserves and master plan fees. Others may pay a different amount. Also there is a $500 per year food min. at the clubhouse.
I would recommend calling them to confirm. Business owners don't usually monitor these questions.
As far as I know its has designated number of memberships available and must own a condo in gated community
