If I could leave less than a star if I could leave negative stars I would I’ve been a customer of this company since I moved up here 15 years ago out of necessity because there really aren’t any options for Internet where I live I’ve been a loyal customer and they’ve treated me like garbage pretty much every step of the way so when my son finally was able to come up with an alternative that seemed to work just as well I canceled my service. They told me I would be charged $49 to remove the equipment then I got a bill for $200 and then today without my permission they withdrew $168 from my bank account which I consider a theft because I did not authorize any payment whatsoever but they had my card number on file meanwhile I already paid for my last months service Upfront a couple of months ago – another charge that they never told me was just was going to be charged to me but I let it go. Their customer service is terrible they are rude and apparently now they are thieves .

We were actually told by this company that they can not be expected to provide us the service they billed us for. Their technician made a change after a wind storm affected the tower they provide with a weak set up and they say we are stuck with that change and worse service. For that they will knock $5 a month off of our bill. So disappointing that a company can not provide service you are paying for and just say it's your problem.

I have had this service for almost 2 years. It started off amazing and issues were fixed right off. Now I keep getting a different answer every time I contact them on why my service sucks. I am running the same amount of devices I have ran since day one and the service declines the longer I have it. And now its up to me to fork out the money for them to fix anything. I live in a very open area that should allow my family to use the wifi for our entertainment, work, schooling and such no problem. I dont understand how we could use the wifi however needed/wanted the first year but now it gets worst by the day. If there was any other option for where I live I would be choosing a different company. It breaks my heart that it has even gotten to this point. This time last year I was leaving a 5 star review and praising this company up to the highest honors.
