I was saved out of the worldly living mentality and planted in this Locale, 21 years ago, January 23, 2000. Many times have the tides of discomfort tried to cause me to stumble; and had my spiritual foundation not being steadfast in pursuing understanding and spiritual knowledge, I would probably fallen through the cracks of unbelief. I am most grateful that The LORD saw to it, that my stubborn heart would be trained by people who have been trained by Him; people who practice what they preach...or shall I say...teach...practice what they teach! An excellent local church. You will feel welcome immediately as you enter and you will find a family like none other as you begin to build relationships. The preaching is very rich in connecting all of the Bible to Jesus and you'll find the song choices to be gospel centered and pointed toward the character of God. There is a lot of ministry that happens during the week and in homes that this church supports and promotes. Check it out at the very least.

My church since 2009. I came to visit 1 Sunday service and wasn’t necessarily ready to leave my old church but I knew I could not miss the next week. And that’s all it took. 9 years later. The gospel is rich here. Gospel in the music. Gospel in the exegetical preaching. Gospel in the people.

Wonderful church. Great people. You feel the love the second you walk in. The message is always clear and straight forward. Always a positive message, filled with inspiration, motivation, love and truth. I've seen a lot of churches approach the word in a negative light and speak of punishment and repercussion rather than reading from the bible and speaking of the joys that being a follower of Christ brings. I've never experienced that negativity at Gulf Coast. Always teaching the bible with guidance, not threats. It's easy to be comfortable there. Pastor doesn't take any time away from preaching to talk money. The church itself is beautiful and plenty of seating. Everyone is very friendly. Great community. I'd drive the hour that it takes me to get out there if I didn't have a great church across the street from my home.
