They cancelled my prescription pickup without informing me. When I arrived, then instead of promptly filling it, said that it would take at least 30 minutes to fill. It's 30 pills. The pharmacist could have easily finished her current fill and then filled mine. Ridiculous customer service. Edit - Seems like they have time to talk to other people and use their personal phones but not fill a script. I miss the old pharmacist. He cared about his patients.

Would like to thank Allen the pharmacist for being so wonderful administering my COVID shots at Rivers Edge Publix. He was so good that I didn’t even feel them. He was very personable and friendly and helped put me at ease. He is a very valuable asset to your store.

Dr. Allen Karpe is the best pharmacist in town! He is efficient and friendly. He is always willing and able to answer questions about my patients’ medications and potential side effects and to provide us with other medical considerations. Publix has a great resource in Dr. Karpe, as do we as physicians.
