Overall experience was great. Communication was up front that they were running late. Told me that it would be about 2 hrs, ended up being 3. Although the experience was fine, it seems to be the norm that this dealership is almost always running behind. There have been less than 3 times that I've serviced my car there that they have been running on time.

This was my third time at the dealership and they always make you feel like you are family. Allison was my salesperson and she found my truck for me. Jim handled checking in my truck for the first oil change and it was painless. Service was fast and my truck was washed and looked beautiful. DePaula just wants to Sell Cars and pushes their service technicians to get them in & out as quickly as the can at overly inflated costs to customers. And if brought back for same issue they re-charge customer again, and don't stand behind their previous work to fix it correctly at no additional charge to customer. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE JUST THE DOLLARS. NOT EMPLOYEES OR CUSTOMERS. My Opinion.
Have no idea about the family's personal history. I know as a dealership my experience has been exemplary. I have not seen scooters for sale in any of their showrooms.
