I went to Burger King and had a great experience. The staff was all very friendly. I went to Burger King at lunchtime to get a shake and fries, but the store was pretty busy. The manager with the low-cut, blond hair was friendly and greeted me as I walked in. They were polite, and welcoming, and made sure to ask if I wanted fries with my meal or whether I wanted to make any substitutions. They also mentioned that they no longer sell strawberry shakes, but that they do carry peach-strawberry ones "if you're looking for something fruity." I also learned that if you want to use a coupon on your phone, it might not work there—they don't have their store locator app or anything like that. But otherwise, it was a great experience!

Kathryn who takes orders in the drive through makes my experience so good. Kathryn’s customer service is perfection and makes me want to return. So pleasant and nice and it’s so refreshing.

Slow took a half hour for two breakfast sandwiches, and the manager who was working up front had a terrible attitude. I asked for jelly, she walked right by me to open the door for an employee, then came back and throw the jelly on the counter. Bad customer service. I definitely won't be going back.

Absolutely rude nothing but attitude. Worst customer service ever. Employees on their phones cursing laughing etc. If you want good customer don't go there. I recorded it and all. Unbelievable

True me too
Yeah I never judge an entire building because of one person. The only thing I would not tolerate is a dirty place. But if I have a bad experience I will definitely not prioritize the location.
Who did you deal with? I will tell my manager
If u have your receipt, it may show the manager's name and the cashier's name
They have pieces of plexiglass between the customers and the cashier, masks are required, 6 feet distance markers on the floor, and no indoor dining.
Thats not what i heard.. i was let in on a lil secret that the fight club starts at 1am once the store has been cleaned and sorted.. yup after 1am u pay for burgers and fries with teeth.. could be a rumor thou.. so just go with 945 to be safe cause nobody likes that last min dine in customer.. dont be that person...
