Very easy trade-in service. Great customer service. There was not a lot of sales pushing scheme. It could have been we knew what we wanted out of this visit. It was a fast and easy trade-in experience and ensured we would receive the proper credit upon our trade-in.

We showed up at 10:30 on a Saturday morning to buy a replacement phone on an existing account. There were three others ahead of us yet it took more than an hour to pick up a phone and get out the door. Like many businesses these days, they're woefully understaffed. On the positive side, they were friendly and competent. My advice is shop online and get your handset activated remotely.

The manager of this location was unnecessarily difficult to speak with, and ultimately, I decided not to buy a new phone due to the poor customer service. She and another employee also started telling customers 1-1.5 hours before closing that they arrived too late and needed to return with an appointment, sometimes after waiting 10+ minutes to be "checked in". There was one employee who ended up helping my husband and I who was very friendly and, I think, noticed that the manager was making things difficult. She helped us with account problems and walked us through the process of starting a claim. Verizon, while waiting at this location, we noticed at least a dozen people come and go frustrated and unsatisfied. Processes need to be adjusted and customer service should really be a priority at this location.

We went in to upgrade a phone. Sadly the iphone S was out of stock. We settled in the iphone 11. Karen 2 transferred all of my mom’s pics, apps, etc, even though it was an old phone (iphone 5) and updates had to be made.It took almost an hour she was friendly throughout the process. The service is worth the price if you are like my mom and not tech savvy.
