I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order through GrubHub. Kept receiving text messages stating the order was going to be a couple minutes late. TWO hours later and we are STILL waiting. I called the restaurant and they were absolutely no help. The fact that I was told that I shouldn’t of ordered from an app and should’ve ordered from them directly was a smack in the face. I asked for a small refund or discount and all the manager kept saying was things happen. I will NEVER order from this location again. $70 is not cheap and to have to wait two hours and not be informed or given the option to cancel my order.

Went last night for dinner, I had a coupon for the 1/4 white meal for $5 that was emailed out. As I was making my selections I was advised by the worker that there was no cornbread. I asked if there was something else in its place since it’s part of the meal - he asked the other associate working if they had white bread. They did not. I was just told no and not given any other thing to replace the cornbread, an extra scoop of my side would have been appreciated or something. The cornbread is my favorite menu item and I normally order extra, so I was very disappointed that I didn’t get my full meal or a replacement item for the cornbread 🙁

Just got my food from Uber Eats! Boston market has become trash! I got a 3 piece dark meal.. the chicken looks like jerky and nothing like the picture.. these are the pieces that have been sitting somewhere since they opened. Everything is super salty, the edges of the corn bread are hard as a rock and everything is barely warm! I’ve wanted Boston market for a while since it’s been years since I’ve last eaten it .. I haven’t missed anything—I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! It wasn’t worth the $13.00 I paid (not including Uber fees and tip)

Food was hot, well packaged, delicious! My only issue, our dessert was unavailable but we weren't informed at pickup. When we got the food home, we found a refund in the bag. Would have liked the option to change our dessert. We ordered with Active Menus.

Try door dash or speak to someone at the front desk of the hotel. The staff at the Sheraton are great!!

The pricing will be the same price point as fast food except they offer rotisserie chicken, and comfort food sides like mac and cheese and mashed potatoes
Not at this time. They do seating on two floors at this location but you will notice all chairs are removed.
