It still maybe serviceable. I would say bring it in to us here at Albany Fire Extinguisher and we can service it or dispose of it for you.
We've serviced many of that model Joe, but not in a long time. Your Leeder has got to be a 1960's model and is now considered obsolete. We can offer to dispose of it and to sell you a nice replacement if you'd like. Thanks for reaching out.
