Claudia was most helpful, very nice individual. Last year was awesome, this year once again her hospitality/service was above & beyond. Thank you for all you did, Maritza & Alex

Purchased two pairs of earrings online as a gift, but decided to return one. Been super busy at work, so I asked my husband to return the earrings to this local store. They informed him that they needed the KAYs credit card used in order to process the return, even though he had the receipt from the purchase. He left the store very frustrated, but I asked him to return the next day. This time, I also armed him with the return slip that came with the earrings AND the credit card. Now he was told that I needed to be there to show a driver license. As long as the item was being returned using the same method of payment, why wouldn’t his identification suffice? Remember, he also had the original purchase receipt, the return slip with barcodes, and the credit card. It bothers me tremendously when basic common sense doesn’t prevail; especially when the amount was around $125! So, I’ll just ship the earrings back, and close this account. Definitely not worth the frustration, and didn’t appreciate them wasting my husbands time on two separate occasions. I will never do business with them again. A return, especially under a certain threshold shouldn’t require jumping through flaming hoops to execute.

I was very upset with my visit to Kay's. I went to purchase jewelry as a gift for someone and I was treated like a child. The person who came to help me was very rude, seemed like she did not want to help me, and treated me like a child, I felt very offended. I do not recommend this store and ended up walking out and purchasing online from a different retailer.

What an absolute horrible experience. We went in to have my ring cleaned. When we arrived each of the 4 Kay's sales team were working with customers. So we patiently waited to be assisted but that never happened. Instead as new customers came in they were acknowledged and even assisted before us. The manager who was in the back of store had a personal visitor come in, whom I would presume is her spouse, to rush her because it was her sister's 50th birthday and she was already 1 hour past her scheduled time to leave work. She was with a customer and looked right at me but didn't bother to even acknowledge us. I have never been so disappointed with Kay's as I was today. We were also wanting to look into upgrading my wedding ring but after this experience I will take my business elsewhere. Shame on you for your inability to even acknowledge a waiting patron. A simple we will be right with you doesn't take but 2 seconds. Perfect example for HR in how NOT to treat clients a great for training opportunity but horrible if your the actual customer. Visit a different Kay's if you still elect to give this brand your business, otherwise, I would strongly recommend against visiting this store unless you want to experience mistreatment.
