Goodwill in Sanford had amazing customer service and helped me find everything I needed to in a timely manor

This store is packed with so many neat and great priced clothing, shoes and home decor. We drove there and saw so many people coming out with bags and cart full of items. We stepped inside and it was clean and organized. Plenty of things for everyone. Needless to say we are on vacation and still managed to leave with 2 bags full of amazing stuffs. My sister and her husband left with a cart full of items for the ranch and great items for themselves. The cashier, he was so friendly. A great place to visit again when we come back. Definitely a go to place.

One of the smaller Goodwill retail stores but not bad. There are some nice things to possibly find here that may suit your taste especially clothing.

I purchased a Sega and a Nintendo 64 from here and neither worked. Their refund policy only allows for exchanges but there wasn’t any similar items on shelves. The disappointment with not being able to exchange this for anything was enraging. The manager wouldn’t even load credit on a gift card for future use. They even took a degrading tone with me while I was thinking about what I wanted to do with that situation. Ultimately they went into the back and allowed me to exchange the Sega that didn’t work for a game gear. This didn’t work either! The end result is that I now own a broken Nintendo 64 and broken Game Gear. I would not advise buying any electronics from this Good Will and the management was the furthest thing from helpful. During this whole exchange I never raised my voice and I’m a very fair person. Much of this behavior was uncalled for leaves me disappointed and a victim of poor product quality and communication.

Basic. Its Florida, no actual rules. Some places dont require masks. I believe Goodwill does require them.
You can fill out an application at Goodwill.com or indeed.com.
As of right now we don't. We have things like this come in very seldom, but when they do they go fast
Yes we do. Most are in good condition, but some may require a belt for the brush.
No we do not take or sell TV's.. Sorry
Every Day even on Sunday.
YOU MAY DONATE ANYTHING YOU'D LIKE, EXCEPT FOR THE OLDER T.V.'S. FLAT SCREENS AND UPDATED ELECTRONICS ONLY. LOL. THAT'S WHAT I WAS TOLD.
