I wish I could post my review with no stars! I would definitely not refer anyone to this facility!! My 9 year old son was ACCUSED of stealing by the staff. After it was proven that he did not steal, my son was then terminated from the program. The program director Randi Hopkins clearly stated the staff ASSUMED my son was a thief so therefore he was treated as so. The branch director Pete Shattuck did not think the situation was handled unprofessionally. Instead he implied that my son need to take control of his own actions, that being accused for stealing was not an issue just simply a mistake. In result my son was instructed to give away his own personal item and was never given an apology by the staff or directors for being falsely accused. Coming from a concerned parent, you must get to the bottom of the situation before you start accusing or assuming anyone of thieve, especially a child. I am reaching out to the CEO of this facility to get justice for my son. These type of people should not be able to work around children at all. Not the right procedure to take in that situation. My son attended this facility since age 5 and we have never experienced this type of treatment. Very discriminating and disappointing!!!

Very small facility compared to other YMCA I've been to around the country. Staff was very professional, courteous and accommodating. Facility was exceptionally clean and felt that it was a safe environment for my 12 year old daughter.
