We ordered three drinks and one coffee. All drinks were made wrong and they waited until everyone else was served to make our drinks. 28 mins for four drinks is ridiculous. They were gross and we ended up getting a refund after wasting almost 30 mins waiting for them. Bad service!!!

The lobby not open. Had to go through drive-through and the service was SLOW. Like many places, they must be having staffing issues. The wait to get food isn’t worth it IMHO.

The place does a huge morning business. I find their donuts to be very heavy. I do like the ice tea. I was waiting for an appointment and all the tables were dirty..

Just wait until the Dunkin in Grand Junction opens up, noone will come to this one anymore. They're rude, and why they aren't open makes no sense when every other store/restaurant is open. We've been here twice and they were out of donuts, once was on a Sunday at noon! So the last time when we stopped by we asked if they had donuts as it was getting later in the day and they were extremely rude, but that's not a surprise with this location. They need to make more donuts as this is obviously a common problem, and deal with their terrible staff.
