Been here for over 2 months now and we are happy to call this place “home” for several months. The sites are large, facilities are clean and there is a large dog park for the furry kids. Abi and Lisa in the office a superb and very friendly… all the staff here are awesome and treat you like family. Love this place!

It is small, a maze of road around the park. Luckily I was driving a small car, I don't think I'd have made it thru there if I was towing a trailer. I went for the 1 day pass and tour. I arrived, followed directions on my letter, looking for the signs. There were no signs or directions. I finally found my way back to the entrance. Caught an employee, asked where the directional signs were. There were none, but she showed me where to park, and where the meeting was. Ok, so I park, get out, get my walker out, hook up my oxygen tank on it, get my dog out, and walk to the building. I get there, look at about 6 steps up. I walk around, no ramp. Finally found those in charge, they don't offer to help my up the steps, basically brushed me off, gave me my gifts and I was done. I was disappointed, I really wanted the information. And the free tablet is a kids toy. I was told that they just took it over, and will be making some improvements. There is some potential, but still small and older. Time will tell.

It's Sumpter county line at the bridge here and two boat rams on Sumpter county side, fair amount of parking even with an available bathroom i have not needed yet! water is clear where boats are not churning it up, lots of wildlife and I always enjoy just listening to that between boats, there is a commercial airboat ride opertunity on the citrus county side of bridge, great bird watching too !

This is a hidden gem of a place. The manager, Lisa and staff Mae and Rob are the friendliest, kindest, knowledgeable folks we have ever met at any RV resort. If you are looking for a family friendly place with a warm, hometown vibe, this is it. AND it’s dog-friendly with a dog park as well! Plus the bathrooms are very very clean. There is a beautiful pool and pickle ball court, all in a natural setting without rigs and trucks parked close up to each other. We loved this place and we will be back.

Swimming pool? Really? When did it come back? It was filled in. According g to rumors because county code violations were too expensive to repair.

Yes there is a decent pool. My Aunt Mary lives there. New owners and lots of stupid rules. Personally I would not live there unless it was my last Resort

I see reviews about the Wi-Fi being bad. Has this been improved at all?
