Great tour! The guides were friendly and informative. They introduced us to all the doggos by name and gave a brief history of dog sledding. We then headed out for about 4 miles of sledding in beautiful scenery. There were some snowmobiles out but they were far enough away so as not to be intrusive. Our tour had only two sleds and 6 guests so the whole experience felt personal. Would recommend!

If you’re looking for an incredible, Colorado snow adventure, this is it! I took my four year old son for a tour and it was amazing! We were greeted by the crew, we learned about the history of dogsledding and how it evolved from practical transportation to a sport. We bonded with the dogs and even got to harness a couple of them before the tour. We learned about the different commands to guide them. Caleb and his crew took us through the backcountry around monarch mountain. It was just long enough to really feel tranquility of the dogs taking us through the snow and the beautiful surroundings. After the tour we had hot chocolate and cookies, bonded with the dogs some more, and even got to hold one month puppies! My son absolutely loved it and asked when we could come back. It’s totally worth the money. What a special experience!

Fun experience. Whole adventure was about two hours which I kind of liked. Short and sweet. You get to meet and pet all the dogs beforehand which was really fun. The sledding was enjoyable and the staff was super friendly. So. Many. Dogs.

Amazing, Life-long Memorable Experience. Guides: Caleb, Zack and Luke were awesome. My son hopes to adopt Chip in the near future 😄🙏We’re so glad you enjoyed your tour! We will absolutely contact you when Chip is ready ready for retirement!!

It's $100 per adult and $75 for each kid under 12. Prices are more during Christmas break and the month of March. All you need is to wear weather appropriate clothes, layers, warm boots, waterproof outer later if you have it. Even on warm days (which it was when we went) the wind was bitterly cold while we were moving. Definitely wear sunglasses!!
