What makes this furniture place a great atmosphere to shop in is its welcoming and patient employees. Shawn was the sales associate that helped us through the entire process of shopping for furniture. He was patient and detailed in explaining and answering all our questions. We will definitely go back for our future furniture needs.

We just moved into.our new home … in need of every type of furniture for every room. We’ve searched high and low. We decided to check out Bobs. This store was not at all what we’d expected. They had much more to chose from than anticipated . We thought it was more a ‘scratch & dent’ place. They do have an outlet/bargain section there. We will be hitting that up again! Lots of options. They also have a large ‘regular’ display area. Overall, we had a great experience. We worked with Ms.Juanita and then w/Ms. Dottie.. They didn’t ‘stalk’ us through the store as is often the case when furniture shopping. WE LOVED THAT! Instead, they introduced themselves & provided us with any & all info we needed. Then they gave us plenty of time to simply look and sit on the furniture. They were both absolutely lovely, and a huge help to us. And BONUS- We actually got everything on sale! We will be going back. THANKS AGAIN MS. JUANITA & MS. DOTTIE!

I had a major issue with the store as I just purchased some items and had to move out of state all within the same week. I had to give two hours out of my day arguing with the insurance folks because one of mybset was damaged and they didn't deliver to where I had moved to hence it made me had to question the sense of having the warranty. I called and spoke with Susan who was more than helpful in assisting me which I greatly appreciated.

So just went into the store. It’s my anniversary and my husband was going to buy me a new couch for our anniversary. First of all, everyone walked past us like we didn’t exist. Second waited 25 minutes before I went to get someone myself. But unfortunately the men in the suites only work up front by $1,000 or more furniture so they have no time for anyone that needs a couch ASAP. Unfortunately my couch broke today and I need one now. But since I want to purchase a discount couch no one has time for us. Next the one associate Joe (Jose) knew my husband from a prior job where my husband was his boss. So he immediately gave us an attitude. We did not recognize him with the mask on. We wanted a plug to the couch. Joe told us we could order it online for $12 on Amazon. Gave us the paper to scan and purchase it for $12. Now the couch right next to it had this same $12 plug so I just plugged it in. Now Joe lost it started screaming that I’m not allowed to do this. That we can’t just take the plug. I said I would just give them the $12, where he started screaming this isn’t like bleep ( former place of employment) we asked to speak to the manager waited another 15 minutes. We went to the desk after Joe came back to scream at us again. Where the store manager told us we have to wait till he finishes his deposit. So again wait another ten minutes as a customer!! Where he then came to tell us sorry we can’t have a $12 plug we have to buy it off Amazon. I told him I was being honest and in the fifty minutes waiting could have put the plug on without anyones knowledge. We asked to call corporate and store manager Stan told us we could call anyone we wanted and nothing would be done to him or to Joe. So I would like to thank Joe and Stan for ruining my anniversary present. Making me cry. And having the worst customer service EVER!!!! I do this for a living. I am a manager. Make good money was going to pay cash!!!! I would never make a customer cry or ruin there anniversary!!!

As you walk in the door there is an associate at a table. They take your temperature and make sure everyone is wearing a mask. Hand sanitizer is also on the table.

I am coming in tomorrow to buy a bed with adjustable base. Not a foam bed but a good one. How fast can it be delivered. It's for my mom who is in rehab and being released this weekend

Depending on where you live delivery can be from 3 to 7 days. I hope you get a decent delivery team. The team I had unpacked my furniture outside in my driveway while it was drizzling raining and then left garbage on my lawn. They put together my furniture but left the spring washers all over my floor. When I confronted them about the wobbly nightstand they told me I had to call customer service.
