Very, very, disappointed in this company. Called to schedule for a week, then cancelled, due to circumstances changing. The lady I spoke to on the phone, told me that she cancelled me for the week, when in fact, it was only for that day. The bus came for two more days, after I had called her. Both times, way earlier then the lady told me they would arrive. I called them back today, asking if they had cancelled me for the week, and the woman who answered, told me it was only for a day. She then cancelled me for the rest of the week, then hung up, without saying anything. Just plain rude, and unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Very unfortunate.

Me and my wife are new to Punta Gorda. My wife works in Port Charlotte on Peachland Blvd. She's going to need a ride home from work cause ill be at work. How does this service work? Who do I contact to schedule a ride?

My experience has been that the drivers work hard, and most are friendly, kind. I am grateful for this service because I do not have a car. Yes, the wait time is long sometimes. But, we the tax payers, pay for this service. Right? Better service cost more money and more of everyone's taxes. Up to the tax payers and the voters, I am guessing, to improve this service.

Wow! I can not believe what a joke this "bus" service is! My mother is in a nursing home and HAS to use this "service",the last 2 times she had to use the bus for a trip to the store,both times the bus lift broke down,as I drive a transit bus for Sarasota county,I know that the buses are supposed to be checked before leaving the yard,both times both drivers said the lifts didn't work,so why were buses sent out without working lifts???? This bus system is a embarrassment to Charlotte county,and the director of it should be fired for the way the buses are not properly maintaned and for the rude and unhelpful bus operators,it's time the tax payers of Charlotte county said enough is enough! Either fund a proper and useful bus service that meets the needs of the community,or come election time,we will elect commissioner's that have the best interest of the taxpayers in office.....
