Coming to visit springs for the first time, I was immediately greeted by the assistant community manager, Ron. I noticed that while I was there inquiring, anyone who walked in, resident or staff, greeted me with a smile. I felt extremely at ease and welcomed while I was toured around the complex. Ron helped me with the entire process from the application up until the day he gave me my keys to my beautiful apartment. Even now when I go in the office, Ysa, who is a new leasing agent, is always eager to help with any questions or concerns I have. She’s extremely knowledgeable and kind and I’ve appreciated her always going “above and beyond” for the community. With planning community events or simply answering one of my million questions, her helpful energy never changes. Thank you Ron and Ysa for everything!

Don't move here, they seem great on first contact, they say they're understanding and human. But once you're locked in, they're corporate scum not caring that they didn't give you information essential to move. Our previous apartment complex changed systems told us they owed us money, but then never told us of some payment we owed(which we would have payed if known). Then springs makes us pay a rents extra deposit because of this, then they don't tell us we're disqualified from a free months rent offer until after we're all moved in. Nice right, oh by the way you can move out after 30 days (after we hired movers since I'm on disability amd spent loads of money on the move) don't move here, please.

I relocated to FL because of work and moving is a huge deal but moving to a new state was even more stressful. Not knowing anyone or anything about the neighborhoods or communities I stumbled upon Springs during a work trip. The Springs @Posner staff and community have been a blessing! From the initial interaction, to remotely processing my move-in to arriving on move-in day this has been one of the best experiences! Ron and staff are always very responsive and timely with requests. I cannot express my gratitude enough for this community and staff. I am sure I will remain until I am ready to purchase. The units are spacious, the open floor plans are great and I love love love my screened in balcony. The amenities and exceptional service make you feel welcome. They really do go above and beyond the norm here.

04/15/2022 was the day that my husband and I visit this apartments. When I say omg it was to good to be true. There apartments are very beautiful. We are looking to move soon. Our lease is up in Aug 2022. We are looking around for apartments close to our job. We are seriously concerning moving here. It’s very peaceful and beautiful. It’s very clean outside. 2 nice dog parks and, I don’t even have a dog lol. They take care of your home if you go out of town. They take care of your pets while you are gone. Out tour guide Mr. Juan Ron Rivera was very nice and sweet and let us know, everything about the community. Me and my boyfriend are really looking to stay here praying that it’s in our budget's. We see that it’s close to shopping and movies Mr Juan told us there was everything close by. It is. June we are hoping to lock in our apartment with you guys. For who ever came up with all of this for that community did a great job. 🙏🏽😊😊😊
