Kingston11 is some of the best food I’ve ever had. The flavor on every dish is so robust and delicious, and perfectly seasoned. The mac and cheese is THE best mac and cheese you’ll ever have. I also recommend the jerk chicken, sticky wings, and pepper steak. You cannot go wrong with anything you order at this place. The staff is also super friendly. Their Instagram page is fantastic too. Do not listen to any negative comments, they are simply wrong. Thank you Kingston11!

I’ve tried so many items on the menu and I must say they have yet to disappoint. Kingston11 will always get my business. PS. I recommend the jerk fried chicken and the jerk fried tenders, 10/10 recommend 👌🏾

I placed an order on the phone and was told half an hour to one hour. I came here to pick up the order and was rung up at the register. I was under the impression that my platter was ready to pick up. I was left waiting for almost 30 minutes in line while other people came in and did orders in the line and their food was ready before mine. Other customers that did over the phone orders as well came in and were left waiting. When they finally called out my name for the order I was told that I was lucky that it was done because they were originally going to cancel my order because they were “backed up” with other orders. I was told this as if they were doing me a favor. I had already paid for the food so why would it have even been considered as a possibility for cancellation. And to add to the inconvenience, when I got home the food wasn’t even that good. It was very salty. The chicken, the Mac and cheese and the cabbage. All that time waiting for food for it to not even taste good is unacceptable. In the past I have ordered platters and found no issue. That has changed. The food tasting the way it did today combined with the bad customer service has completely turned me off. I will no longer be returning to this establishment.

This place is incredible. Some of the best food I’ve ever eaten, made with love. Cannot recommend enough. They sell out because everything is amazing! $20 buys you a pound and a half of food. Kingston 11 will be a philly staple for decades to come.
