I had my Pulte home (Florida) while I lived in Michigan. Between my sales agent (Dylan Scanlon) and builder (Ryan Pitts), never did I wonder what was going on. I had weekly updates from the builder on what was done and what the next week had in store. Their closing date was right when they said it was going to be. Dylan was available anytime for any questions, comments, or concerns I had. This is the 1st home I have ever purchased, let alone build. I couldn't have asked for a better experience when building.

When looking for new home construction, we had spoken to Derek who made the purchase of our new home so easy and hassle free. He explained every step of the way what to expect & the time element we would follow to get it done. After the first few phases of the home build with the foundation and the cinder block in place and the walls going up, I was contacted from Ed Soto who was on point with the home plans and explaining at what stage of the build we were in and what to expect next. Ed kept us on point every step of the way and answered all our questions. Ed has a great customer service personality and made our move to Hampton Lakes a much easier transition then we ever expected. We would like to thank Pulte for their exceptional staff.
