They made their scheduled visit and were quite efficient. Handled some ant problems I had outside as well as spraying inside and out for maintenance and preventative measure.

I signed up with Fahey Pest. Who Turner bought out but was never given the option to decide if I wanted to switch to them. Kept charging my card every month. Never came out. They'd come out and stick the sign in my yard and I'd see it when I got home from work. But, they were supposed to be doing inside. Never called to schedule. Very poor business ethics. Also, decided to cancel my account because they weren't doing anything anyway. I was told I could cancel at anytime. Now they're telling me I owe double what my monthly charge was because I was on a payment plan for a service in July that they never performed. The only time they actually provided the service was the first visit I signed up originally with Fahey and then like a month later. Ever since they've just been charging my card every month and not actually doing their job.

Update - Fahey is awesome! This company that purchased them and inherited thousands of 5 star reviews, not so much. Customer service from the office is terrible, communication is poor, and call back requests do not happen due to lack of interdepartmental communication within their company. Look elsewhere if you want on time and respectful service

Fahey was a much better experience compared to other services. Installed new sod and was told I need a fungicide treatment. Called two other companies with no return calls. Go figure! I guess some people don't want new business. I had a couple of the big name lawn services in the past and they would skip a portion or the yard. Of course they would come back after you call them, but you shouldn't have to check on a service you are paying for. Anyway, I believe in doing what you said and when you said you would do it. Simple! I've seen Fahey signs in the neighborhood and decided to give them a call. Robert showed up on-time and gave me a great quote! Signed the agreement and they were out to service the new sod within a day. I'm in insurance sales and I understand good customer service. From the quote to the application they did more than I expected. So far I am very pleased and we look forward to keeping them long-term. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance to service you home. It appears to me so far that they are worth a call.
