I have an event less than two weeks from now so I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get fitted and rent a tux without issue. Yariela helped me every step of the way and a gentleman named Nic also was helpful in the process. Nic greeted me as soon as I walked in, and Yariela was very pleasant to work with during the measuring and during me picking out styles/colors. También hablaban español. I went here for the first time because I was in a wedding and needed to rent a tux. My first experience in the store in the store was just like any regular experience. When I came back the second time, Nicholas Herrera helped me the second I walked through the door. He was extremely friendly and very helpful. He retrieved the tux in the back then walked me over to a fitting room and made sure everything fit properly. He was very kind and went way above and beyond from ANY service I have ever experienced. I am a Director of Guest Services in a resort, and this is the kind of personnel we want working for the brand. Nicholas will make it far in whatever path he chooses in whichever field he decides to work in. Thank you, Nicholas, for making something as simple as shopping for a tux a great experience.

The tailor and salesperson who assisted me were amazing at the job. I left happy and went back to pick up my well fitted and altered suits a week later. No complaints at all. Well done Men's warehouse.
