Dealing initially with the gentleman (Unfortunately I forgot his name). Then interacting with Casey at the Facility, Casey pointed out possible needs that I had not thought of prior. Casey is a RARE Asset that is NOT found in today's world of employees! Kudos to the Hiring Person for seeing something Great in Casey. I would also like to share my Gratitude with whomever that Casey communicated with regarding my situation.

I have rented at this particular location for over 5 years. In that time the facility has changed owner ship three times. I have maintained the same lock and key. The key itself is a barrel lock key with a plastic end that attaches to the key ring. Apparently the metal of the key doesn’t go all the way up through the plastic/key ring making it not secure key. I locked the unit and walked away. Not realizing until the next day that my key was missing. The plastic part remained on my key ring leaving the actual key part that unlocks the lock in the lock. Realizing this I thought maybe it pulled out in my lock at the unit. I went to the unit to see and the door was closed and there was no key in the lock. Figuring I lost it elsewhere I left and looked elsewhere. The management office was closed at the time for help with getting into my unit. Knowing I needed to get into my unit I returned to the office the next day and let the manager on duty know the problem. I purchased a new lock and keys and was told she would be able to drill the other lock out and put the new lock in. It wasn’t until I came back after all that was completed and opened my unit that noticed that my unit wasn’t how I left it. Things had been moved and gone through. The only thing I noticed that was missing was a Katana 360 crossbow. I told the manger etc and made a police report. Everything seemed fine and not damaged until I opened the unit. Realizing this I knew what happened.

Extremely satisfy with the service provided. All the assistance and help I received from Mrs. Plaza its just I can't thank you enough. I am beyond happy. The place is great, but the customer service is truly exceptional. Mrs. Plaza went above and beyond to help me find (last minute) the storage that would fit my needs.I appreciate your stellar contribution to make this company amazing to have services with. You made all the difference. The lady that was working with Mrs. Plaza that day, unfortunately I did not pay attention to her name, she was a sweet heart as well.

It depends.... I had to rent a very large unit that was 10x40 ft. The first month was $1 and $297 a month afterwards. Granted not everyone needs one as large as mine so im sure the smaller units are much much cheaper.
