My girlfriend and I loved living at the HTC -- We stayed for a year and had to relocate, but our experience during that year was great.

I'm going to disagree with the other bad reviews here I have had nothing but great experiences with the leasing staff and maintenance. The outside of the buildings is usually kept pretty clean. The inside is average/good, mainly because tenants mess it up with their dogs or broken trash bags in the stairwells or elevators, but you get that in most apartment complexes. And maintenance does eventually show up to clean the elevators. Here is why I am leaving this place 2/2.5 stars: Rent and rent increases outpacing the other local luxury apartment complexes for what you get here. Annual rent increases here for me were usually small and reasonable in the past. I get it, rent in many places is going up, this area is no exception. But it doesn't make sense to stay here when there are so many new luxury units in the area for less (or the equivalent of a average annual increase). When I began to look for places to move, I was finding very similar units in other complexes in both S Jersey and Philadelphia (with similar if not better amenities/parking) for the same price or even 5-10% less than my current lease at HTC (not considering renewal offers). Moreover, many of the amenities have been heavily restricted because of COVID still. For instance no guests are allowed in clubhouse/pool patio still, reservations and masks are required in fitness centers as of Mar 2022. It's a good place if you are looking for somewhere transient (1 year), but longer than that in current conditions and I would recommend against it. I got a place here intending to buy a home and I, along with my friends here are have become compelled to jump into the housing market prematurely. Oh and if you decide to go month to month or pick up a shorter lease, you will be paying BIG TIME additional rates on top of your proposed renewal offer.

I normally never submit reviews however I have been dealing with mice in my apartment since I moved in May. While they have sent exterminators they are still unable to rectify the issue after several months and multiple complaints. I have found this incredibly frustrating and even contemplated sleeping in a hotel several times after hearing mice running in my walls. Honestly, the location is great but I'd rather a worse location that is rodent free.

If I could give no stars to this apartment complex, I would! Management is incredibly rude, especially Desire. I would rather be hit by a truck than ever see that woman again! Also, they don’t follow the rules in their lease. We are sorry that you feel this way. Would you like to elaborate on your experience?

Where are guests of Residents supposed to park?? All spaces are numbered except for handicapped!

Your best strategy is to plan on street parking. If you get lucky there are a few unnumbered spots but don't count on them during busy evenings.
