This excellent gym focuses on fitness but health and longevity very much too. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and no mirrors make a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and one you want to build into your week.

I have been coming to this gym since I moved to Bradenton three years ago. Andy does a great job hiring the right staff and keeping everything running. It was hard seeing Lisa move on but Kari seems to be the perfect fit to run this gym. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Elyse (spelling) and Mika are always upbeat and positive.The only thing this gym needs to add is a hack squat.
