The only thing I don't like about Port Orage is if you're not paying attention to get to Kohls; it's very easy to end up on the highway to Jacksonville. Otherwise the store is very nice, well lit, and organized.

I like Kohl's, and have been a customer for many years including when I lived in Illinois. I am kind of disappointed in this location, as the options and stock seems to be very scarce. But, I haven't been to the store in Illinois in over 6 years, so it's not a true comparison. I usually end up buying on line, and have it delivered, then return what doesn't fit. They do have the best return policy that I have seen.

I went in looking for casual plus size capris and found nothing casual about the inventory. I was currently wearing capris from Kohl's. I also felt like I was being fat-shamed by noticing that in the same section with plus size was PETITE sizes. I mentioned to a person stocking shelves that it felt like fat-shaming, and she said that "petite" meant short. The problem with that was I did not see one pair of 24P (petite) on any of the racks.

Great selection and prices, wonderful employees, usually has good range of sizes in stock and friendly quick service. One star withheld because dressing/fitting rooms are not well ventilated or noise-dampened: On a busy day one is struck by body heat and cacophany of even a small crowd
