Good plants, extremely poor customer service and inadequate follow through. Went in to do the landscape rendering service, paid $75 which was a complete and utter waste of time and energy. Staff didn't know what they were doing, and really couldn't address any of the basic questions I had.

I came to buy a succulent bowl planter and since they didn’t currently have those ready-made, Aaron made one for me. I picked out the succulents, a bowl, and decorative rocks, and Aaron transplanted the succulents into the bowl with special succulent soil and arranged the succulents into a nice pattern. He did a beautiful job!! This was intended as an Xmas gift and the recipient was very pleased. Thank you, Aaron, and Ken’s Garden Center! Update 3/22/22: I didn’t realize that the beautiful pottery bowl didn’t have any sort of drainage! May be a factor in why three of the cactuses quickly died even though we followed the directions for watering them. We will have to transplant the rest of the cactuses. Aaron, you still did a wonderful job, regardless, just please make sure you look for that in the future.
