The lack of ethics that the sales associate at this company who sold my 82 year old father, who is unsophisticated in computer technology replaced his computer’s windows OS with Linux. That person did so with no regard to my father’s ability to understand this totally different user interface. The associate sold this product for an unfathomable reason. Seemingly uncaring for the burden this has placed on my father who needed to be set up with an operating system he was already knowledgeable in. Shame on the person who sold this product. Low class and repugnant

Went in for a charger for a cheap Dell laptop. The entire situation was condescending and unhelpful. Even after I got what I thought was a charger, it's only a plug in to keep the laptop running. I paid 80 dollars for the laptop. Charger was 30. I usually support local business but this makes me want to stick to Amazon. So be aware, no refunds.

Called four times during business. Got a modem, a fax and two recording. They have everything you need but you will pay a price. The techs do do great work! Just need a friendly attitude.

Thank you for your interest in your local Computer Renaissance but I am sorry that exact component is not something we carry for technical reasons. Due to how USB operates it can be harmful to the devices if used improperly. We do however carry USB extension cables in a variety of lengths. The simple answer is no. However there are some rare instances where the drive can be repaired. Generally, for mechanical hard drives experiencing physical issues it is best to attempt a data recovery and replace the drive.

So I'm going to ask you a few questions... - Such as what video ports do you currently have available on your system? - Do you have a graphics card installed in your system? and if so, what is the model number of the card? - What is the goal here? Are you looking to add an additional monitor to your setup or are you looking to replace a monitor?
