I have been in pain all weekend so I call my doctor on Mon to see if I can get in today so he can help alleviate the pain .I call & they tell me that they are over booked for the rest of the week that maybe I should go to a walk-in clinic.WOW really!!!! That is very unprofessional!!!! They should have squeezed me in and let another patient wait 10 extra minutes. I always thought that a patient in pain comes first !!! Apparently Not here😡☹️

I’ve had disastrous experiences with doctors not listening and force feeding pills. Dr. Diaz was the first doctor that listened and respected my opinion and choices regarding my health care. His staff is always courteous and efficient. I never wait and I was out in :45 at my last appointment. I also had good experiences with his PA. My only complaint is that his schedule is packed and you have to wait a few weeks for an appointment. But that’s understandable because he’s a good doctor.

My husband and myself are patients of Dr. Diaz. He spends time with us discussing any issues that we may have. If either one of us has an issue he will send us to the proper specialist. We are very fortunate enough to have him as a doctor. We recommend him highly to anyone who reads this review.
