Blake Jones is a class act, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and works hard to get you into the right car!!! I would highly recommend asking for Blake and checking out this dealership! Great experience!

I had a service scheduled for my car in August. However when I went to use it to run a quick errand and turned it on, the whole dash lit up with warning lights. Lisa my service advisor not only had my car picked up for me, she had the warranty work done and got my service done for me that next day. I had been sick and she had the car delivered back to me also. And took my payment over the phone. She was helpful, compassionate and completely professional. Not feeling well, and not feeling well enough to drive made this experience even more exceptional. Lisa is definitely an asset to this dealership.

Karina is hands down the best! She followed up every day with me on the status of my car, she really was invested in making sure I got the best deal and took the time to show me all features of my car. I really enjoyed the experience despite being a painful one ( bought 3 cars from this dealer within the last 12 months and no, I am not rich 🤣). Thank you for a wonderful experience and I LOVE my car. Management: you have a gem, please keep her happy! Karina is the best!!!

I feel very comfortable that the work performed on my vehicle was done properly and with certified MB parts. Lisa was very attentive to my needs and notified me about the procedure before any work was performed. She also informed me of repairs that will be needed in the future to keep me safe and the car running great. Thank you. Joel T

No one answered? How bad
Mercedes is made in Germany and Lexus is Japanese. They might be able to work you in without an appointment, always good to have an appointment. They are alway willing to help with this matter. Remember that there are good mechanics at other shops that can do the same job. For the best results the dealers always the first option

Your on a forum. Your question should be sent to the dealership
You do not need to have an appointment. Just drive into the drop-off area and they will check all the tires and reset the warning system.
Now if it's an older car you can simply bring it in for something called an inspection in which the mechanics will go over all necessary points that need to be addressed. However you don't necessarily need to take it to the dealership to do this. If you find a good independent mechanic that can do it for much cheaper
