Absolute worst place ever! I took my daughter here after having mental health issues. Gave her medication but NEVER answered the phone when we were having issues.. changed counselors without consulting me … then when I told them she was leaving for the summer but would still be getting service when she came never once did they send a counselor out to her. Never answered my calls or call me back!! Putting children in this places hands is scary!! They are rude and unprofessional. The lack of caring about children is unreal! This place should be shut down before something bad happens

When I first started coming to sequel care they were located in front of the court house. When they moved I moved with them. The therapist and psychiatrist I had were phenomenal. They diagnosed me, and helped me learn and grow, to the point I thought I was able to manage on my own, after having my second child and trying others I’m back at sequel care because I have been unable to find the same level of care. People are being rude and aren’t realizing everywhere is backed up now due to cornona you can’t expect all places to have open availability during the pandemic.

Difficult to get appointments within a reasonable time frame, long waits for counselors, twice so far they have forgotten to send telehealth links and there is NO number where someone answers in this situation! Danielle gave me a VERY hard time and snarky attitude for requesting telehealth. Renee is always pleasant and so is the man who does vitals. I don't know why I forgot his name. There are limited options for mental health for children in our county and neighboring counties. It is ridiculous.

I loved them when I started with them in 2019 however their management in pasco County is absolutely horrendous. No one ever answers the phones, no one responds to voice-mail and then they have Pinellas workers answering to tell me that they have no counselors available and that they are booked till March so I ask what happens after March, the answer I get I don't know you need to call your insurance and find other providers. Very nice of you guys to take care of people with mental health issues and those that are in crisis. Since I can't reach you over the phone maybe this will get your attention.
