I am fairly new to Quintella and to Mma. In the short time I’ve been training here, I’ve learned a lot. Everyone in this gym is very welcoming, supportive and helpful. Every instructor I’ve trained with has been great. I haven’t experienced one bad ego or attitude. I believe it’s due to Sensei Alex’s great character and the way he leads by example. Not only in training but in life. I love watching how he teaches and interacts with the children. I am looking forward to bringing my son here when he’s old enough. It’s definitely a family oriented environment. Highly recommended!!

This is absolutely a 5 star Academy for Muay Thai and Jiujitsu. Coach Alex and the rest of the team welcomes you in and makes you feel like family and also train at a high level gym with NO EGOS.
