The facility was very clean and organized. The receptionist was very kind and friendly and helped me checked in very quickly as a walk in. The nurse and doctor were also quick to see me and treat me. I will definitely go back when I need urgent care.

I made an appt(loved that) and quick! I had cut my thumb and thought I would need stitches. They took me in quick. The nurse was very thorough, then the physician came in and was very direct and concise. I appreciated that. Very impressed. Clean. Comfortable. Would visit again if needed!

Went in for a hand crush injury. I had an appointment and was taken back right away- I was in and out in about a half hour, and that included radiologist-reviewed x-rays and a physical exam. Everyone was super nice too. I've been to quite a few urgent cares in my life and this was by far my best experience; I'll definitely go back if/when I need an urgent care center in the future

The staff was great, friendly, except for the actual doctor that came in to see my daughter. He was a little rude, seemed annoyed we were there. We were in and out very quickly. Again everyone else was really, really nice, reception, nurses, etc. doctor needs major work on bedside manner!

They do take pts w/o insurance..you just have to self pay which is 125 upfront for the visit and depending what your being seen for some rapid testing is an additional fee that needs to be paid before you leave.. Labs are also seperate but will be billed to your from the lab.. Vybe is awesome and much cheaper and qwiker then the ER..Highly reccomend!

Yes, we accept Keystone First. We only perform DOT physicals at our Port Richmond location.
For PCR tests, results are typically available within 2-6 days, however, due to the spike in tests being received by the labs, turnaround time may take longer. For the rapid antigen test, results are available the same day. When your results are available (regardless of the test you took), they will be posted to your patient portal.
